Responsibilities
  • Assist planners with data entry into various internal and client systems
  • Assist with organizing and planning on-site meetings as required
  • Maintain and order supplies for the department
  • Process administrative tasks including: photocopying, filing and faxing
  • Interface, and communicate (written and oral) with all-levels of management, clients, contacts and visitors.
  • Dispense information, answer general inquiries.
  • Provide assistance and act as a resource to management and co-workers within department.
  • Assist with preparing presentations and recurring reports.
  • Compose correspondence and memoranda.
  • Some trouble shooting and debriefing with department processes to continually improve upon the products, service and support provided.
  • Provide staff relief as directed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • CSTS
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Site Office administration experience in an Industrial Construction setting would be considered a asset
  • Strong computer skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Word
  • Typing Speed of 50+ wpm
  • Good Communications skills (written and oral). 
  • The ability to “work with others” is of utmost importance due to the multi-company alliances that are present.
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Work Conditions

This position is on a compressed work week, Monday to Thursday.  Busing from Fort McMurray is provided to site on a daily basis.  No camp, travel, or living out allowance is provided.
